5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment schedules and terms will be outlined in individual service agreements.

5.2 Late payments may incur additional fees and result in service suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Early termination may incur fees as outlined in the agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia.
